Medical Technologist (Laboratory)

We are currently seeking to urgently fill the following position for employment at CLL Diagnostics (Laboratory Operations Division) under Sea Lion CLL Holdings.

Job Description

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, urine, tissues, and other body fluids.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and quality control.
• Analyze test results and report findings accurately to physicians or healthcare providers.
• Follow established laboratory protocols and safety procedures to prevent contamination and errors.
• Maintain and update patient test records and ensure proper documentation.
• Participate in proficiency testing and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies for laboratory operations.
• Adhere to ethical and professional laboratory practices and comply with healthcare regulations.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
