- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles and regulations set out by organization.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors and clients.
- Ensure fixed assets and depreciation are recorded accurately
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, optimizing the allocation of funds for operational needs.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with national laws and regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and information.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with accounting software and systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skill.
- Good Attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a challenging environment and work under pressure.
