Job Descriptions
  • Administer IT help desk activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT- related issues.
  • Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and replacements
  • of IT equipment.
  • Perform daily checklists to ensure all IT systems and equipment are functioning properly.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks to optimize coverage and performance.
  • Design, implement, and manage VLANs to segment the network for improved security
  • and performance.
  • Administer and maintain storage servers to ensure secure storage and access to critical data.
  • Manage and maintain Cisco security appliances to safeguard the network against cyber threats.
  • Administer Google Workspace for user accounts, email, and collaboration tools.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users as needed.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure minimal disruption to users.
Job Specifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, network management, and system administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel between clinic locations as required.
