- Administer IT help desk activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT- related issues.
- Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and replacements
- of IT equipment.
- Perform daily checklists to ensure all IT systems and equipment are functioning properly.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks to optimize coverage and performance.
- Design, implement, and manage VLANs to segment the network for improved security
- and performance.
- Administer and maintain storage servers to ensure secure storage and access to critical data.
- Manage and maintain Cisco security appliances to safeguard the network against cyber threats.
- Administer Google Workspace for user accounts, email, and collaboration tools.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users as needed.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure minimal disruption to users.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, network management, and system administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations as required.
