Primary Care Physician

We are currently seeking to urgently fill the following position for employment at one of the business entities of CLL Health Holdings under Sea Lion CLL Holdings.

Primary Care Physician

Responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services through precise data management, strict adherence to infection control standards, and a commitment to deliver clinical excellence in primary care setting.

Job Descriptions

• Deliver comprehensive clinical services and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations, including home visits.
  Independently manage patient care and make informed decisions.
• Conduct health screenings and medical check-ups.
• Perform primary care procedures both in clinic and during home visits.
• Assist senior family physicians with consultations and procedures.
• Accurately record and manage patient data and medical reports through EMR system.
• Adhere to clinic policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain quality standards and implement infection prevention and control (IPC) practices.
• Participate in the CLL Health Family Medicine Development Program and fulfill educational requirements.
• Work flexibly across various clinic sites in Yangon.
• Undertake clinical or administrative tasks as assigned by Clinical Directors and Senior Management.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in M.B.,B.S with valid SAMA.
• Willingness to work on a duty roster.
• Experience in general practice, especially with vulnerable groups.
• Ability to work under pressure and commitment to professional development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Eagerness to learn and innovate.
